User Management
Price2Spy offers 3 types of user accounts, each with its own privileges.
Reader
- Browse data in the account
- Execute reports
Manager
- Browse data in the account
- Execute reports
- Add or remove URLs & manage competitors
- Manage product categories and brands
Administrator
- All Manager's privileges
- Administrator User has all permissions within the Price2Spy account, including User Management permissions
- Change account settings
- Perform changes to user accounts
- Perform 'Link my store' operations
Each Price2Spy user is able to maintain his own user settings, such as password change, language, page size, and starting page.
Further, each user has their own pricing dashboard, with his own individual widgets.
In order to allow full data tracking/transparency, all objects within the Price2Spy account (product, URL, brand, category, etc) have the following data recorded:
- Timestamp of when an object was first added to Price2Spy
- User who added the object
- Timestamp of when the object was last updated in Price2Spy
- User who performed this update
Please note that the User Management module allows you to buy additional users if you need more than your price plan allows. Please check the price plan comparison page for all details.
