Google User Data Privacy

Our users may choose to connect their Price2Spy account to their Google Analytics account.

In this case, Price2Spy will access the Google user data via Google API service using an authorization token provided by the client, during the setup process. Price2Spy will access Google Analytics reporting data, including any dimension and metric chosen in the integration process. This data can later be used by the client for product filtering purposes in both Price2Spy Reports and Repricing. Any data retrieved via Google API service Price2Spy will be stored in Price2Spy’s own hosted database. The data will be available only to you in your Price2spy account, and to authorized Price2Spy personnel for customer support purposes. How Price2Spy shares Google User Data? The data coming from your Google Analytics account via Google API services will not be shared with any other client or 3rd party.

Disclosure: Price2Spy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When typing in the payment card data, confidential information is transmitted by means of a public network in the protected (cryptic) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most- up-to-date technology. The security of data when making a purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Chip Card ad Belgrade, thus the complete process of collection is performed on the Chip Card’s site. The data on the payment card is at no moment available to our system.

In case of refund to a customer who has previously paid via one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, WEBCentric LTD is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC, and Maestro payment methods.

Since Price2Spy offers a 30-day trial, we assume you have enough time to test its features and see their benefits to your business.

Therefore, we will accept refund requests only if it appears that Price2Spy cannot any longer monitor the sites it was able to monitor in your trial period.

Refund requests must be made up to 30 days after the payment.
