Most Recent Price Changes – ‘Automate this report’ option now available
Most recent price changes timeline is one of our most commonly used features that allow you to see the detected price changes starting from the most recent one.
When turned on, Refresh button will automatically update the price changes every 60 seconds and you’ll be able to see the URLs with the most recent price changes. Moreover, you’re be able to filter those products on Product name / Category / Brand / Supplier / Site levels according to your needs.
So far, you were only able to export the recorded data into an Excel sheet and process it internally – without having the possibility to automate this export. Also, you weren’t able to indicate Targeted price violations.
From now on, you can Automate the recorded data from your Most recent price changes timeline and even more, you can easily indicate Targeted price violations.
Here’s how to do it:
First, you should go to your Most recent price changes timeline, and then;
1. For automating report, you need to click the Automate this report button (represented in orange color).
Clicking it will enable you to create an automated report of your own, with an Excel file sent to your mailbox each day (or less frequently, if you prefer), at the time of your choice.
2. When it comes to the Targeted price, if you are already set it up in your account, once it’s violated it will be visible in the color you assigned to it (by default its in orange color). But, if you also want to see the targeted price per product, you can organize your columns by clicking gear drop-down menu in the right-hand corner.
MAP coloring will also be available when the report is exported or delivered in Excel.
Why is this feature useful?
- It can be a good replacement for the alert emails, because you”ll get all the most recent changes sent to your mailbox in an Excel file.
- You can easily indicate most recent Targeted price violations.
