Job opening on Price2Spy Customer Support Team

We are looking to hire a new colleague who would join Price2Spy Customer Support Team.
Price2Spy is an online tool enabling e-tailers to monitor and analyze their competitor prices. With slightly over 3 years of experience in this business we have acquired over 300 clients worldwide coming from all kinds of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Everyday written communication (email and live chat) with clients in English. The role encompasses answering all kinds of potential questions that clients might ask, explaining the functionality of Price2Spy service
- Intensive interaction and communication with our development team, intern process (of enabling Price2spy to monitor new sites) control
- Fast response and reaction to the problems reported by clients
- Working in a very dynamic surrounding of young professionals
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (written English)
- Great organizational skills – Diligence
- Multitasking
- Quick learner – to think and act fast
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Able to prioritize activities in a self-motivated manner in work overload situations
- Excellent computer skills
Prior work experience in similar positions could be an asset, but is not required. Same goes for having a good command of Web technologies.
