We have been following the strategic guidelines from an experienced global provider of IT business solutions and continuously educate to provide the best services to our clients. We have been heavily investing in security systems to finally become ISO 27001 certified.
What is ISO 27001?
ISO standards are a set of internationally recognized guidelines and specifications developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an independent, non-governmental organization designed to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in products, services, and systems across different industries worldwide.
ISO 27001 is widely recognized as the leading framework for managing information security risks. It specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
What have we done to become ISO 27001 certified?
Information security is a critical consideration for Price2Spy as we handle sensitive data. By implementing ISO 27001 we enhanced resilience to security threats, improved our ability to meet regulatory requirements, and built trust with stakeholders.
Today, all our servers and workstations are protected by antivirus. They are all running on the support versions of the software. We developed strict mechanisms for intrusion detection and protection. All the employees know the defined procedures if incident situations occur, as everyone has been trained and is part of the continuous education on recognizing suspicious situations, attempted attacks, and reporting.
CertStandard evaluated and confirmed that all of Price2Spy’s implemented processes meet requirements. ISO 27001 certification can assure our stakeholders, customers, and partners that we have implemented robust information security controls and practices. The certificate obligates us to continual improvement by regularly monitoring, reviewing, and updating the ISMS to ensure that information security measures remain relevant and effective over time. From now on, we will aim to provide proof and renew the certificate within each regular revision interval.
